GROUP COACHING SESSIONS We run five blocks per year of between 6 and 10 weeks - January to March, April to June, Summer Break, August to October and October to December. For complete beginners, intermediates and team players (men and women). Non members welcome. Our Pay As You Go rate lets players who cannot commit to the full block to attend one-off sessions.

TENNIS TUESDAYS is an LTA coaching initiative for women players It provides a mix of skills training with a coach and supervised match play with other women of a similar standard. See below.
CARDIO TENNIS is a high energy fitness class based on simple tennis drills. The aim is to get fit - keep the heart rate up, burn calories and have fun. See below.
